Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify plot77 support immediately at support@plot77.app. plot77 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the plot77 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, plot77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
You may request the closure of your plot77 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. plot77 may also close or suspend accounts at its discretion where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, plot77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed.

plot77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. plot77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and Pay Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank are generally completed within one to three business days, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. plot77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the name of the registered plot77 player. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not belonging to the registered player will result in the withdrawal being declined and the matter referred for further investigation.
Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact support if they wish to withdraw a dormant balance.
plot77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer on the Current Offers page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
plot77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at plot77's sole discretion.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. plot77 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion, including where the player has previously been found to have violated these Terms or any bonus-specific conditions.

All RNG-based games on plot77 use independently certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and football. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. plot77 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
plot77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the plot77 Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
plot77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required for compliance purposes or to deliver platform services.
plot77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, plot77 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and plot77, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts and, where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR.
plot77 complies with all applicable PAGCOR regulations and cooperates fully with regulatory investigations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by plot77 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
